§ 1 General
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services between the company

and our contractors (the "Purchaser" named). Conflicting conditions of the customer are hereby explicitly, unless otherwise agreed in individual contracts.
§ 2 Offer Price & Shipping
The presentation of products in our online shop is not legally binding offer, but a non-catalog send dar. By clicking the "order", you place a binding order in the basket of goods included. The confirmation of receipt of your order goes together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation of the purchase agreement has been reached.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, plus shipping and handling, unless otherwise indicated in the offer given.
The amount of shipping costs depend on the amount indicated in the cart.
§ 3 Delivery
DLS merchandise shipped exclusively with DHL or Hermes, which means that all insured shipments leave our warehouse. Delivery time is usually within Germany in 3-5 business days after the goods in advance or pay the order by last name. The delivery to European countries but are usually in 7-14 working days to all other countries it may take longer.

3.3 General
Returns
You have the right to return the goods to complaints within 14 days. Insufficient postage will not be accepted. If you send us then please always returns free of charge. The postage amount will be credited to them. Effecting the exchange of worn or washed merchandise is generally not possible. Reduced products or remnants, are returnable.
§ 4 Retention of title
The delivered goods until payment in full ownership of DLS merchandising.
§ 5 Right of cancellation for consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB
You can cancel your contract within one month without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations pursuant to § 312c paragraph 2 BGB in association § 1, Section 1, 2 and 4 BGB-business for you according to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB-InfoV. In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg interest). Package are to be returned at our risk. § 8 - Court
For all present and future claims from the business relationship with merchants, including bills and checks claims of jurisdiction is exclusively the seat of DLS Merchandising (Haldensleben).
